These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atlas Inc. regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
